Some ideas are bigger than our current abilities.
When that happens, there is only one option: to write a new chapter—and keep learning.
That’s how an idea became a milestone.
With “My Life,” Frank Krüger is not simply unveiling a new sculpture. It marks the beginning of an entirely new body of work and a bold new artistic direction.

A New Direction
Earlier this spring, we announced that Frank had begun working on a series of large-scale outdoor sculptures. Today, we are proud to present the very first piece.
To bring his vision to life, Frank learned to weld, opening the door to entirely new creative possibilities. At the same time, he immersed himself in an intensive period of experimentation with steel, structures, proportions, and sculptural forms.
This new body of work is intentionally designed to create presence, movement, and vibrant colour within outdoor spaces. As the viewer moves around the sculpture, its appearance constantly changes, revealing new perspectives. It is precisely this interplay of form, space, and light that defines the character of these new works.

Why My Life?
The first sculpture bears the title “My Life.”
A title that sparks curiosity while leaving room for personal interpretation.
For Frank, this work is above all about growth—the courage to learn something new, to step beyond familiar paths, and to embrace new challenges.
As Frank puts it:
“Because this sculpture reflects what defines me as an artist: never standing still.”
After many successful years as an artist, he deliberately chose to master a technique that was entirely new to him in order to realise an idea that simply wouldn’t have been possible otherwise.
Perhaps that is exactly what My Life is all about.

Strength. Movement. Space.
The sculpture is crafted from 8 × 8 cm square steel tubing and finished with 16 layers of deep wine-red metallic lacquer, creating exceptional depth, luminosity, and ever-changing reflections.
Although constructed from solid steel, the sculpture appears remarkably light and dynamic. As the viewer moves around it, the lines, angles, and spatial relationships continuously evolve.
This constant transformation is one of the defining characteristics of Frank’s new series—sculptures that don’t simply occupy a space but actively engage with it.
The Beginning of a New Body of Work
“My Life” is just the beginning.
It marks the launch of a new series through which Frank Krüger explores new materials, new dimensions, and new forms of artistic expression.
We look forward to sharing more sculptures from this exciting new collection over the coming months and can’t wait to see where this creative journey will lead.
