Art is allowed to do everything – and especially a PopArt motif can pick up on topics from life and sometimes provocatively draw attention to them. Frank Krüger has succeeded once again with his work of art “Love is my religion”. But it’s not about attracting attention itself, but rather about conveying the important message. It is love that unites us all and that is above everything. This is an important statement, especially in challenging times, which also gives strength.

The PopArt motif takes up some elements of earlier works of art by Frank Krüger. The skull, for example, can already be found in other PopArt motifs and the roses have also been found in other paintings by the artist. The rosary, which supports the message of the painting and forms a contrast to the other elements, is new. So this work of art is unique again and cannot be compared with any other work.

The PopArt motif was painted with oil on aluminum. With a size of 140 x 140 cm, the work of art takes up a lot of space not only in terms of the motif, but also in terms of dimensions, and thus also appears on its own on a wall.
